On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Eng. Kuwat Triyana shared his experiences as an academic leader and the motivations that have succeeded in building the spirit of students to rise dynamically. He shared his experiences in coordinating educators and shared the research innovations that he has worked on.
“Never want to be an average person. Aspire to be someone who is far above average in anything. The provision to become a leader is to have the desire to be someone who is more than average,” said Prof. Kuwat.
This motivation builds the spirit of students to continue to develop themselves in building the future. All obstacles to developing themselves must be faced well.
“The fear of failure or being wrong should be eliminated. This can be likened to practicing riding a bicycle. In this case, of course, we do not stop practicing cycling when we first fall. However, this is used as a lesson to continue practicing until we are fluent in riding a bicycle,” added Prof. Kuwat.
This activity supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program, especially on SDG 1: No Poverty, SDG 2: Zero Hunger, SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 8: Decent Working and Economic Growth, And SDG 17: Parterships for The Goals .
