This water resources conservation program collaborated with the Lestari Mulyo Farmer Group, an association of Nawungan farmers, to be directly involved in a series of programs. Nawungan was chosen as the location of the water resources conservation program because the agricultural area had lithological drought due to the material and structure of the constituent rocks. Therefore, it was urgent to make a reservoir to collect rainwater using geomembranes.
