On Tuesday, February 3, 2026, Faperta UGM received an official visit from the delegation of Ibaraki University, Japan, represented by Prof. Makoto Tamura, Ph.D. and Masaki SEO, Ph.D. This strategic meeting discussed the potential integration of academic expertise from both institutions into a widely accessible digital learning platform to respond to the increasingly urgent climate challenges for the agricultural sector at a global level. read more

The Faculty of Agriculture UGM (Faperta UGM) held a Workshop on Filling Out Accreditation Submission Documents for the Independent Accreditation Agency for Agricultural Higher Education (LAM PTIP) on Friday, February 6, 2026. This activity was the first workshop in a series of four sessions designed to strengthen the quality of education at the faculty level.
