A team of academics and researchers led by Nur Ainun H.J. Pulungan, S.Si., M.Sc., Ph.D., together with other expert lecturers and students from Faculty of Agriculture Universitas Gadjah Mada (Faperta UGM), conducted a training program titled “Rapid Assessment of Dryland Soil Fertility Using the Dryland Soil Testing Kit (PUTK)” in Loano, Purworejo. The training program spans eight months, from 29 February to 9 December 2024, and aims to enhance farmers’ capacity to assess soil fertility quickly and efficiently.

The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Gadjah Mada (Faperta UGM), continues to promote a healthy lifestyle by holding its regular morning exercise session on Friday, 10 January 2025. This activity is part of the Health Promoting University (HPU) initiative, aimed at enhancing the physical fitness and well-being of faculty members and administrative staff.
The exercise session started promptly at 7:00 AM in the open area of the Faculty of Agriculture, with an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and positive energy. Guided by a professional fitness instructor, participants eagerly followed each movement designed to stretch muscles and improve physical health. The upbeat music accompanying the session added to the cheerful mood, encouraging everyone to move together with joy.
