Commitment to Quality Education, Agricultural Microbiology Study Program Achieves Excellent Accreditation from BAN-PT

The Agricultural Microbiology Study Program , Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Gadjah Mada (Faperta UGM), has successfully achieved excellent accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) at the undergraduate level. This accreditation is valid from 5 November 2024 to 10 April 2029, as a recognition of the quality of education, research, and community service provided by the Study Program.

The Head of the Study Program, Ir. Ngadiman, M.Si., Ph.D., stated that this achievement is the result of hard work from all academic staff. He hopes this recognition will further strengthen the program’s commitment to improving the quality of education. read more

Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture UGM Attends ‘Hearing Dekanat’ Event as a Commitment to Grow Together with Students

The ‘Hearing Dekanat’ event was once again held by the Student Executive Body of the Student Family of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Gadjah Mada (BEM KM Faperta UGM) on Tuesday, 12 November 2024, at the Faculty of Agriculture UGM Canteen. This event was attended in person by the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture UGM, vice deans, head of the administration office, and several relevant educational staff.

The attendance of the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture UGM, Ir. Jaka Widada, M.P., Ph.D., along with the vice deans—Dr. Dyah Weny Respatie, S.P., M.Si., Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs; Dr. R.A. Siti Ari Budhiyanti, S.T.P., M.P., Vice Dean for Finance, Assets, and Human Resources; and Prof. Subejo, S.P., M.Sc., Ph.D., Vice Dean for Research, Community Service, and Cooperation—demonstrates the Faculty of Agriculture UGM’s commitment to developing and improving faculty services by accommodating student aspirations. read more

Faperta UGM Students Officially Hold Bachelor’s Degrees in Graduation Period February 2025

Faculty of Agriculture Universitas Gadjah Mada (Faperta UGM) on 26 February, 2025 released 64 graduates from Bachelor of Agriculture program, 7 of whom were fast track program students.

M. Fathoni Akmal, or familiarly called Akmal, was named the best graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture with a very satisfying Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.93 out of 4.00. Akmal successfully completed his studies in 4 years 2 months 4 days. Another achievement was achieved by Tiara Nabila who became the fastest graduate. Tiara completed her studies in 3 years 4 months and 28 days. Not only that, Tiara was also recorded as the youngest graduate at the age of 21 years, 2 months, 30 days and graduated with a GPA of 3.86. read more
