Traces of Creativity of UGM BAEC Students at PEKSIMIPROV DIY 2026

The 2026 Yogyakarta Special Region Provincial Student Arts Week (PEKSIMIPROV DIY), held on June 24, 2026, once again provided an important platform for students to showcase their talents and creativity. The competition, which brought together various universities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, served not only as a competition but also as a space for learning, collaboration, and strengthening the character of the younger generation through art.

In the Poster Design category, Cantik Djatoek Fadillah, a 2025 student in the Agricultural Extension and Communications Study Program at Gadjah Mada University, won third place. This achievement is clear evidence that hard work, perseverance, and a passion for creativity can produce impressive results, even amidst intense competition. read more

The spirit of art and student creativity echoed again in the Special Region of Yogyakarta through the 2026 Provincial Student Arts Week (PEKSIMIPROV DIY) on June 24, 2026. This prestigious competition, which brought together various universities in the region, became a platform for expression, collaboration, and proof that art has an important role in building the character of the younger generation.

In an enthusiastic atmosphere, M. Al Hazmi Kynan, a 2024 student in the Agricultural Extension and Communication Study Program at Universitas Gadjah Mada, performed with his vocal group and won third place. Joint Exercise Marks the Opening of the 80th Anniversary and XVI Lustrum of the Faculty of Agriculture UGM

The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Gadjah Mada (Faperta UGM), officially commenced the series of events celebrating its 80th Anniversary and XVI Lustrum with a Joint Exercise held on Friday, July 10, 2026. The event, which took place in the faculty courtyard, was enthusiastically attended by the entire academic community, including lecturers, administrative staff, daily workers, part-time staff, and canteen managers.

The exercise began at 07.00 WIB in a lively and spirited atmosphere. Participants wore yellow UGM polo shirts as the designated dress code, adding vibrancy to the cheerful morning. Beyond promoting physical fitness and well-being, the joint exercise served as a symbol of togetherness and solidarity, values that have long been the foundation of the Faculty of Agriculture’s journey. read more
