UGM Faculty of Agriculture Supports the Implementation of UM UGM CBT 2026

Gadjah Mada University (UGM) has once again reaffirmed its commitment to innovation in higher education through the implementation of the 2026 UGM Computer-Based Test (UM UGM CBT). As one of UGM’s admission pathways, the computer-based examination reflects the university’s extensive utilization of information technology to ensure an efficient, transparent, and accessible selection process. This year, the examination was attended by 44,972 applicants and conducted from June 2 to 8, 2026, across two main locations, Yogyakarta and Jakarta. read more

UGM Faculty of Agriculture Holds Coordination Meeting for Preparation of LAM PTIP Field Assessment

The Faculty of Agriculture, Gadjah Mada University (Faperta UGM) held a coordination meeting for the preparation of the field assessment (AL) for the Doctoral Study Program in Agricultural Sciences on Friday, May 29, 2026. This activity is a strategic step ahead of the field assessment scheduled to take place on June 1–3, 2026 by the Independent Accreditation Institute for Higher Education in Agricultural Sciences (LAM PTIP).

In the upcoming field assessment, the Faculty of Agriculture will welcome the presence of two prominent assessors, namely Prof. Dr. Dewi Sukma, SP, M.Si. from Plant Biotechnology Division, Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) and Prof. Dr. Siti Herlinda from the Department of Plant Pests and Diseases at Sriwijaya University (UNSRI). The presence of these two experts is expected to strengthen the academic evaluation process and provide constructive input for the development of doctoral study programs. read more

LAM PTIP Field Assessment Evaluates the Quality of UGM’s Doctoral Program in Agricultural Sciences

The Doctoral Program in Agricultural Sciences at the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Gadjah Mada (Faperta UGM), received a Field Assessment visit from the Independent Accreditation Agency for Higher Education in Agricultural Sciences (LAM PTIP) on June 2, 2026. The assessment represents an important stage in the accreditation process aimed at verifying the program’s performance and ensuring that its implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education aligns with established higher education quality standards. read more
