
The Faculty of Agriculture, Gadjah Mada University (Faperta UGM) has once again demonstrated its commitment to maintaining academic quality and international reputation through the Workshop on Compiling Draft Joint Self-Assessment Report (SAR) ASIIN Batch 1 Reaccreditation. This event took place on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 09.00–16.00 WIB, at Pandawa 1, 1st Floor, Swiss-Belboutique Yogyakarta, Jl. Jend. Sudirman No. 69, Terban, Gondokusuman, Yogyakarta.

This activity was attended by the Team The ASIIN reaccreditation of the Faculties of Agriculture and Forestry involved an internal review with Muhlisin, S.Pt., M.Agri., Ph.D., IPP from the Faculty of Animal Husbandry. This cross-faculty presence reflects the spirit of collaboration and synergy in supporting the international reaccreditation process.
The main session began with a review of the ASIIN reaccreditation forms, divided into two parts, morning and afternoon, led by Muhlisin, S.Pt., M.Agri., Ph.D., IPP from the Faculty of Animal Husbandry. An interactive discussion and question-and-answer session enriched the evaluation process, providing participants with opportunities to clarify and deepen their understanding of the reaccreditation documents.

At the conclusion of the event, a progress evaluation and follow-up were conducted as a strategic step to ensure the quality of document preparation meets international standards. The closing ceremony marked the UGM Faculty of Agriculture’s commitment to maintaining academic quality and strengthening its global reputation through an ongoing reaccreditation process.

This activity also supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals. Through continuous quality assurance, institutional capacity building, and cross-faculty collaboration, the Faculty of Agriculture at Universitas Gadjah Mada demonstrates its commitment to meeting international accreditation standards and strengthening its position as a globally recognized higher education institution.
