Lentera DESA demonstrated its active role in supporting the institutional strengthening of local agriculture by serving as a facilitator in the Orchid Commodity Horticulture Agribusiness Training. This training was organized by the UPTD Agricultural Human Resource Development Center (BPSDMP) of the Department of Agriculture and Food Security of DIY on Friday, August 7, 2026, located at BPSDMP DIY, Jaranan, Panggungharjo, Sewon, Bantul.

On this occasion, Lentera DESA was entrusted to deliver the material “Group Dynamics and Institutional Strengthening of Farmer Groups.” The material was presented in an innovative way using a combination of presentations, case studies, and various interactive and participatory games. In an effort to evaluate and enhance academic performance as well as align perceptions in report preparation, the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Gadjah Mada (Faperta UGM), organized a Joint Lecturer Workload (BKD) Reporting Session on Monday, July 20, 2026. The activity was conducted in a hybrid format, centered at the Prof. Harjono Danoesastro Auditorium, Faperta UGM, and accessed online via Zoom Meeting.

Intended for all active lecturers within Faperta UGM, the session was led directly by the Vice Dean for Finance, Assets, and Human Resources of Faperta UGM, Dr. R.A. Siti Ari Budhiyanti, S.T.P., M.P..
